Insta-Finsta is a free tool made for a simple reason: sometimes you want to keep an Instagram reel, story, or video that’s already public. Our tool lets you download it straight to your device. Everything happens right inside your browser. We don’t keep a copy, we don’t spy on you, and frankly, we don’t want to.
Your Responsibilities
Here’s the part where we hand the ball back to you:
Make sure you have the right or permission to download the content you’re saving.
Don’t repost or share stuff unless the copyright owner (or the law) says it’s okay.
Be aware of Instagram’s own rules and the rights of others — they still apply.
We don’t check what rights you have. That’s your call, not ours.
Not Connected to Instagram
Important to note: Insta-Finsta isn’t part of Instagram or Meta. No endorsement, no sponsorship, no official ties. Instagram and Meta are their own brands, and all trademarks belong to them.
What You Can’t Do
Pretty simple, but let’s spell it out:
Don’t try to grab content from private or locked accounts.
Don’t use Insta-Finsta for illegal purposes or to run some shady commercial project.
Don’t mess with the site — no hacking, reverse-engineering, or anything that disrupts it.
Ownership of the Site
Everything you see on Insta-Finsta (the design, the code, the name, etc.) belongs to us or our partners. The content you download, of course, belongs to the people who posted it. You get a personal license to use the site as described here, and that’s where it stops.
No Guarantees
We’ll be honest: Insta-Finsta is provided “as is.” That means:
Sometimes the site might be down or buggy.
Some Instagram links just won’t work.
We can’t promise downloads are always usable in every country or free of issues.
Use the site at your own risk.
Limited Liability
We’re not responsible for things like:
Indirect or accidental damages from using (or not being able to use) the service.
Lost data, lost profits, or similar issues.
If your local law doesn’t allow such limits, then our responsibility is capped at the minimum required by law.
Ending Access
If you break these rules, we can cut off your access to the site — and if that happens, your right to use Insta-Finsta ends right away.
Updates to These Terms
Things change. If we update these Terms & Conditions, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Keep using the site after that, and it means you’re agreeing to the updated terms.
If One Part Doesn’t Apply
If a court says one part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still hold.
